Licensed as a private investigator since 1994 and with law enforcement experience dating back to 1975. Additionally our president and principal investigator has contacts and associates in all U.S states as well as worldwide and can arrange for professional investigations to be conducted on a nationwide level. We specialize in aviation investigations and we also have a full service General Private investigations department available for the services listed on our general investigations page. What type of investigations do you conduct?

We specialize conducting Aviation investigations assisting law firms, commercial airlines, corporate flight departments, and individuals worldwide pertaining to accidents, incidents, mishaps etc.
Confidentiality – Will my identity and case be kept confidential?
Any case investigated by this agency will be kept strictly confidential. We will not disclose any information including identities unless we have the express permission of the client.

Yes, any investigator conducting investigations for this agency is licensed and the agency is licensed.
What is the process to start an investigation?
Complete the message form online, on the website. After we receive that competed, we shall do an assessment, and we will contact you for a free consultation “if” that is necessary and or you request it before we start. After we receive the message form completed and after we complete our assessment, we email you/fax etc you a Professional Services agreement which incorporates a retainer agreement/non discourse agreement. You sign and return. Initial retainer fees are paid and we start the investigation notify you of start date and providing updates as we progress. The investigation process will begin with you completing the online ‘Investigation Request form’ ( on our web site). After we receive that you will be scheduled to speak with us so we can better understand your needs, this is complimentary. We also offer zoom consultations. After this consultation assessment is complete you will receive a professional Services agreement – contract to sign which will include a investigative plan and our scope of investigative involvement.
What Type of rates do you charge?
Rates for specialized Aviation investigations rates will be provided after consultation and a full evaluation of the plan ahead is completed determining our scope of investigative involvement in the case.
Rates for general investigative services we retain our rates into a “Retainer”. After a free consultation, we will establish Investigative Goals and the plan ahead and the amount of time to achieve the goals. Our cases are Process Based, meaning we follow an Investigative Process to achieve our Investigative Goals. You are paying for the investigators time working on any given assignment.
Do you have a minimum amount of hours on an investigation?
