Our President and Principal Investigator is an FAA Licensed airline transport pilot with over 35 years of commercial aviation experience managing operations and flying worldwide. He has held positions of Flight instructor, Chief Flight Instructor on a U.S. Navy base, a designated pilot examiner. He has held positions within airlines of acting CEO, Vice President of Operations, Director of Safety, Director of Operations, Overseas country manager and General manager. He has worked in close liaison with FAA Principal Operations Inspector(s) and the NTSB for many years.
His senior aviation management experience and background is an asset to any investigation, litigation, exploratory research, or a matter commissioned by private parties pertaining to Commercial airlines, Corporate Flight departments, or private aviation regards accidents, incidents, mishaps, etc. He is able to travel anywhere in the United States or worldwide when called upon to assist with these matters.
Official investigations are always controlled by the government agency within the country involved and responsible for regulating air traffic and safety, but in many cases private investigations are also initiated by attorneys representing families of victims, and also by the airlines, corporate departments or commissioned private individuals.
Aviation accidents, incidents, mishaps etc. can be protracted complicated matters. Government accident investigation branches worldwide typically do all investigations. However we offer litigation support, we offer investigative consulting for any aviation related matter working with law firms, airlines, corporate departments and also work on behalf of families or individuals who are family of accident/incident victims etc. We also will be available to testify our findings in court if the need arises.
Hiring an aviation investigator during any accident, incident or mishap involving aviation is not an easy process but for appropriate circumstances in which a secondary investigation/second opinion is warranted there is no better value than hiring a professional investigator with an aviation background, by doing so the client always stands the best hope of finding critically important information for their case which has not been exposed and may bring closure on a legal or personal basis.
We offer investigative consulting working in tandem or on behalf of law firms, airlines, corporate flight departments, private aviation, and families of victims to provide a professional unbiased second opinion based on our extensive aviation background and experience.
